We know the universe is profoundly connected: when humans are in sync with the natural world, wild things can happen. Through conscious treehouse design and wilderness experiences, Fort Treehouse Co. is on a mission to bring humans and nature together.
BACK TO THE WILD
The journey of Fort Treehouse Co. simply began with a hankering for a different kind of existence, stripped down and free from distractions, one where nature led the way. In doing so, Lauren and Cam Green discovered something profound: the power of living amidst the trees. In 2019 they shared their prototype of symbiosis with the world, an experiment in connecting with the wild but not at the expense of it.
While Fort had created an unparalleled hospitality experience, they hadn’t quite found their stride in sharing their remarkable story with the world. Together we refocused and narrowed in on their true essence with a brand system that represents all of their how’s and why’s.
Every consideration for Fort Treehouse Co. takes humans and nature into account, a parallel purpose that distinctly marks the brand’s existence. Our design exploration exemplifies just this: the interconnectedness between mankind and wildkind. We developed a series of unique brand marks that lend patterns from the wildly similar tree growth rings and human finger prints.
MAKING A MARK
With plans to expand the brand properties and offerings, a series of unique stamps were created using actual tree ring stamps from Fort properties, to represent each unique build or sub brand.
WILD BY DESIGN
Our design exploration highlights the beauty that flourishes when humans collaborate with the Earth, while also challenging our deep rooted beliefs as rulers of this planet, and taking a lead in the category by asking our community to rethink our connection with the natural world.
